Working with Non-Compliant Clients

This course is designed to help CNAs understand the dynamics of working with non-compliant clients and the best practices for promoting cooperation and engagement. By exploring patient rights, understanding reasons behind non-compliance, and learning techniques to motivate and encourage clients, CNAs will be better equipped to work effectively with individuals who may initially resist care or treatment. This training will provide CNAs with the skills to promote positive interactions and encourage clients to participate actively in their care.
