Understanding Hearing Disorders

This course provides CNAs with essential knowledge and practical skills to effectively care for clients with hearing disorders. The module covers common hearing disorders, effective communication strategies, and techniques for managing hearing-assistive devices. By the end of this training, CNAs will understand how hearing impairments impact clients and learn methods to enhance client comfort and engagement, ultimately leading to better client care and interactions.
