About Course

This course equips Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with the knowledge to understand, identify, and appropriately respond to domestic violence situations. Given the sensitive nature of this topic, CNAs will learn about the cycle of domestic violence, the warning signs, high-risk situations, and the appropriate response protocols. The goal is to empower CNAs to support clients who may be victims of domestic violence, providing compassionate assistance while adhering to proper reporting guidelines and ensuring their safety and the safety of their clients.
