This course is designed to help CNAs understand catastrophic reactions and how to manage them effectively. Catastrophic reactions can be sudden, intense responses to environmental triggers, often affecting clients with cognitive impairments. This training covers the causes, management strategies, and preventive steps CNAs can take to help clients navigate these intense episodes.
