Performing Safe Transfers

This course provides CNAs with essential knowledge and techniques for performing safe transfers. Effective transfer practices protect the caregiver and the client, reducing the risk of injury. This module will cover various transfer tools, body mechanics, mechanical lifts, and key policies, including the “No Lift” policy, prioritizing safety through best practices. CNAs will gain practical skills for transferring clients safely and confidently in diverse care situations through this training.
