Performing Mouth Care

This course is designed to equip Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with the knowledge and skills to perform mouth care for clients effectively. It covers the procedures, techniques, and safety measures required to ensure comprehensive oral care for conscious clients, clients with dentures, and unconscious or comatose clients. CNAs will learn to identify potential oral health risks, use appropriate supplies, maintain hygiene, observe for abnormalities, and accurately document mouth care.
