Hepatitis C Update

This course provides Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with a thorough understanding of Hepatitis C (HCV), including its types, prevalence, and epidemiology. Participants will learn about the symptoms, modes of transmission, and methods of diagnosing and treating HCV. With special attention to the risks of occupational exposure, this training highlights the precautionary measures CNAs should follow to ensure safe care for HCV patients, protecting both patients and healthcare providers from further transmission.
