Conflict in the Workplace

This course provides Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with essential insights into understanding, managing, and resolving conflicts in the healthcare environment. Conflict can arise from a variety of factors, such as communication breakdowns, differing expectations, or workload stress. This training focuses on the nature and types of conflicts specific to healthcare settings, examining both interpersonal and structural sources of discord.
