Common Eye Disorders for CNA Programs

This course, “Common Eye Disorders,” is designed to equip CNAs with a foundational knowledge of the structure of the eye, the identification and understanding of common eye disorders, and insight into available treatments. Participants will learn to recognize signs of various eye disorders, support patients in their treatment, and emphasize the importance of routine eye check-ups for optimal vision health. This module also emphasizes the CNA’s role in providing empathetic care and helping patients understand the significance of eye health.
