Caring Qualities of a CNA

This module focuses on the essential caring qualities required of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver compassionate and effective client care. CNAs will learn about empathy, dedication, and patience and how these qualities impact the caregiving environment. Through this module, CNAs will develop a deeper understanding of key soft skills, improve their communication and listening abilities, and reflect on how their positive attitude and open-mindedness can elevate client well-being.
